Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) is a Government of India–owned Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. The organisation is a key contributor to India’s defence preparedness and infrastructure development, manufacturing a wide range of equipment for defence, railways, mining, and construction sectors.

With large manufacturing units, project sites, and offices across India, BEML manages a sizeable and diverse workforce. Efficient human resource management is critical to support its operational scale, compliance requirements, and workforce productivity.
