The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Limited (HPSCB) and Punjab National Bank RRBs (PNB) were facing a significant challenge in automating their HRMS related activities. HPSCB had previously implemented the CBS application of HCL, but in August 2014, they withdrew their support, leaving the bank in a tight spot. To make matters worse, the bank was in the process of proposing new RRBs, and they needed a way to automate their HRMS-related activities for the proposed RRBs.
